Recruiter phone interview
During this call the recruiter will want to get to know you, your goals, and how that aligns with opportunities at Alloy.
Hiring manager phone interview
A conversational style interview where there will be a deep dive into your experience, career drives, and give you an opportunity to learn more about the team and role.
Assessment
The assessment will be either a take-home assignment or live assessment based upon the role.
Team interview
This will be an opportunity to meet peers and cross-functional partners, gain a broader understanding of Alloy, further insight into the role and long-term vision.
