Victoria’s Secret Model Adriana Lima’s Secret Diet Tips

She looks like she's harboring a secret.

Adriana Lima is famous for being a model famous for being beautiful and paid handsomely to maintain her physique. ABC spoke to the model and picked her brain about what she does to look the way she does.

Though the 32-year-old clearly works hard to look the way she does, her genetic makeup does a lot of the heavy lifting. Tips like the following are pretty useless unless you have absolutely no concept of nutrition whatsoever and need to emulate a specific individual. Warning: There's no way any of these will enable you to have Adriana Lima's bod.

On her exercise habits:

 “…I work out.”

No kidding, but what does she do? She says her favorite form of exercise is boxing, but she's open to other fitness routines. She likes to switch it up:

“It's something that's always new…Also, I jump rope.”

Jump rope? How whimsical.

On her innovative diet:

“It's important to watch what you eat — protein, a little bit of carbs and vegetables.”

This whole time I thought vegetables were sabotaging my body.

On the Amazon Beverages she hocks that apparently remind her of the coconut water she drank as a little girl in Brazil:

“I did know the particular fruits separately but I never had tried them together with coconut water…It's great!”

She may be a sexy model sharing diet tips, but she knows how to indulge. ABC News claims she said the following with a laugh:

“Sometimes I'll do a pancake [for breakfast, instead of oatmeal or eggs]…And I love chocolate and coconut cake. I'm crazy for coconut.”
I wonder if her love for coconut has anything to do with the drinks she is a spokeswoman for. Probably not, right? That would be ridiculous, almost like she got paid to get people to buy these products.

Basically, if you want to have a body like Adriana Lima, all you have to do is eat lots of coconut and the occasional pancake, box, jump rope and be born Adriana Lima.
