National Siblings Day, National Black Cat Day, and National Doughnut Day are small matters compared to the day of all days: National Chocolate Day.

The best news? That day is today, October 28, 2015.

There are a few ways to celebrate. You could deny yourself of any sweets all day, only to give up and binge eat yourself into a coma at night, falling asleep with melted chocolate on your cheeks. Or, you could grab something like a double chocolate muffin to get the day started with a bang (and by bang, we mean 300 calories and tons of saturated fats). Or, you could go with option three — obviously, the best option. What You’ll Need:

  • 1 Cup ZICO Chocolate Coconut Water
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 cup of ice

How to Make It: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
