Mental Health Break: Martha Loves Ashholetanga

Yoga can get a little over-serious (especially when you're trying like hell not to fall into a heap during crow pose), but YogaDork‘s amazing Yoga Style Guide puts the hilarity back into holding awkward poses and squeezing in between other students' mats. This week, they're featuring Ashholetanga and Howmuchlongar, two “styles” they say are followed by Martha Stewart and Justin Bieber. You might be surprised to find that you're already familiar with a lot of the key tenets like “Hurts-So-Good” and “Watching-Paint-Dryasana.”
