This also has a lot to do with getting enough sleep. But sometimes it’s not always about the amount of sleep you get and it’s more about the quality of sleep you get. The majority of us tend to go to sleep whenever we get tired and (if we don’t have a job to get up for the next morning) sleep until we feel like getting up. This might be really relaxing, but it’s not allowing us to get very good quality sleep.
