Obviously, the most perfect snacks are the least processed — fruit, raw vegetables, raw seeds and nuts. But sometimes even the healthiest eaters among us crave a damn potato chip. In an attempt to build some sort of a meal out of the airport convenience store today, I stumbled across Food Should Taste Good sweet potato tortilla chips, and I am happy to report they're not only good — salty, crispy, kind of like a more sweet potato flavored version of the ‘Potato Skin chips made by Keebler — but full of stuff that's good for you, too.

Calories: At 210 calories, a bag of these chips provides enough energy to satisfy your hunger for more than 20 minutes without packing a major calorie punch.

Fat: 9 grams — which might sound like a lot until you look at the breakdown of fats: 7 grams monounsaturated fat, 1 gram polyunsaturated fat and just 1 gram saturated fat.

Sodium: 120 mg — remarkably low for a salty snack.
