Do You Need Sex to Have a Healthy Relationship?

A post on The Frisky today revealed that, according to sex therapist Ian Kerner, couples should be getting down and dirty once a week — minimum. Kerner says that there is an “epidemic” of sexless marriages happening in the U.S. right now. Here we were, worrying about H1N1 and bedbugs, without a clue that a lack of sex is ruining America's relationships.

But seriously, do you agree with this? If you have sex every two or three weeks, does that mean your marriage is failing? Or do you think it's possible to have a healthy relationship if you only have sex every so often — or never?
