Chia seeds are one of those little miracle foods that everyone knows about, but few people seem confident about. Do you know what I mean? When I asked around, my mother was aware of their existence but had no idea how to cook with them, my friend had a jar in her pantry but hadn't touched them in months, and one of my coworkers just stared at my blankly. I've only used them on a few occasions myself, but I've always been satisfied with the results. So you know what? I think it's time to end the chia fear.
