We all have days where we feel like a bottomless pit and eat everything in sight, but if you constantly feel like you're starving no matter how much you consume, that could be a sign of some kind of confusion in your body. Care 2 broke down some potential cures of perpetual hunger pangs.

1. Double check that you're actually hungry and not thirsty. A lot of people misinterpret the feeling of thirst for a feeling of hunger, so drink enough water every day.

2. Evaluate if you have an emotional tie to eating. Sometimes we want to eat when we're upset, and then we confuse the two, thinking that we're hungry if we're worked up about something.

3. Make sure you're getting enough nutrients from your diet. If your body lacks them, it'll tell you that you're hungry no matter how much food you eat.

4. Head to the doctor to see if you have a digestive imbalance. If you're eating enough nutrients but your body isn't absorbing them properly, you'll always feel hungry.

5. Double check with your doctor about parasites. This might sound extreme, but the reason you're always starving could be a parasite.

6. Hormonal imbalances can cause a drop in blood sugar, which will leave you feeling super hungry and tired. Again, head to your health care provider.
