When you have a busy schedule, it's tough to make time for a full on workout. Thankfully, almost everyone has at least 10-minutes in their day to make room for fitness. If you put your heart into a quickie workout, it can be wildly effective and even inspire you to maybe put in another few minutes.

These short videos target different parts of your body using various exercise techniques;  plus they are short enough that you wont get bored enough to quit before you can even really get motivated. You can even mix and match these 10-minute workouts to create your own longer program built up of little baby workouts.
