It's a book that will get used, and used again.

Full of “plant-empowered” vegan recipes, this follow-up to Kris Carr‘s Crazy Sexy Diet is a huge help to anyone who's into eating a super clean, super vegan diet. (And the recipes are delicious.)
Jerusalem: A Cookbook (by Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi)
Yotam Ottolenghi isn't a health food blogger or a vegan chef; he's a professional chef who also happens to be The Guardian‘s longtime “The New Vegetarian” columnist. His first book, “Plenty,” is one of our go-to vegetarian cookbooks, but his newest collaboration with Sami Tamimi is just as drool-worthy, and the Mediterranean recipes are full of all the healthy ingredients that make the, uh, Mediterranean diet so healthy.

The popular food blogger Aran Goyoaga of Cannelle et Vanille contributed one of the dreamiest cookbooks we saw all year…and it just so happens that everything in it is gluten-free. Not all of the recipes are desserts, but the ones we've tried all are…and they've all come out perfectly.
