It's no secret that we're in love with Paramore's lead singer, Hayley Williams. She always rocks punk and femme dresses on stage and on the RC without any pressure to conform. But as she went to collect her People's Choice Award for Best Rock Band, we couldn't help but wonder if her Chelsea Rebelle black and white bow frock was a fashion emergency. While we heart the shape and fabric, the major quantity of bows is a little hard to swallow. We're iffy on the dress, but All We Know is that red lippy's gotta go!
