Flouro Floral Flunker

In the midst of summer, with school a distant memory, we're all about throwing on our fave florals and heading out for some outdoors fun. This lady might have been thinkin' the same thing too, but her flouro floral vest is a total bomb. The outdated pattern could be cool on a hipster, but paired with those shorts, she's not a fun flashback -- she's a total flunker! So our grade? A full-on F! What's yours?
