Brrrr-ey Bare-legged!

Forget the fact that this picture was snapped at a snappy 34 degrees. Don't mind that it's waaaaaaaaay past Labor Day. It's crazy to see this girl wearing a knee-length skirt and boots without tights or leggings! If this were summer, maaaaaybe you could get away with a denim miniskirt or cut-offs. But her bare skin poking out between her skirt and boots sends chills through our bones. Brrr! The look would have been perfect with a grey or patterned tight. What's your take? Do you think it looks weird to have bare legs in the wind-whipping winter?
