Knee High Nightmare

We dig the preppy look every once in a while -- knee high socks, pearls, cardies -- but proper footwear is key. We would never dream of leaving the house wearing socks and sandals! This is not summer camp in the deep woods of New Hampshire P.S. We had to turn away when we saw her walkin' down the street in her flippies and knee socks! What do you think of this fashion no-no? Would you wear it?
