Trashbag Dress

We were walking to work one morning, when OMG -- we were blinded by this girl's dress! The first thing that struck us was, wow, she's really dressed-up for daytime. The second thing that struck us? How freakin' thin and shiny her dress was! It kinda reminded us of a trash bag (btw, did anyone watch the Project Runway premiere? What was up with that lady's trash bag design?!). But enough "trash" talk. We're just venting; overall the girl's look isn't all that bad -- it just seems out of place on a sweltering summer day. What are your thoughts?
