High Enough?

Thigh-high (or OTK) boots were winter's mah-jor breakout trend. And while we totally love them, it was only a matter of time before the trend got superbly abused. Case in point? This lady walking down a tree-lined street on a lovely spring day in vinyl boots that made us want to puke. There's a time and place for everything, ladies, and that includes stiletto thigh-high boots. Don'tcha think?
