This wannabe-designer used to be inspired by bed sheets but now covets Oscar de la Renta! Yuri just started her first year of fashion school and knew that she wanted to design since she was a little kid and played with huge amounts of fabric. Whose celeb style do you most admire?
Jennifer Lopez! I just love her beautiful red carpet dresses.

So you must dig Versace then?
Actually, my favorite designer is Oscar de la Renta. I love elegant dresses. That's my forte. And I just love everything he makes!

What's your fashion mantra?
I think you should wear what you want to wear. I think you should live for the moment and wear what you like and what makes you feel good about yourself.

How would you describe your own style?
I think it varies. One day it could be very '80's, another day it could be very preppy. It just varies.
