As earlier reported, 25-year-old singer Demi Lovato has reportedly been rushed to the hospital after an apparent heroin overdose earlier today. Many celebrities have since taken to social media to voice their concern for the former Sonny with a Chance star and mention that she’s in their thoughts.

One of the celebrities speaking out is Riverdale‘s Lili Reinhart, who called Demi her “idol” in an emotional tweet. She wrote, “Praying for [Demi Lovato] and her health. When I was 14, she was an idol to me in how she spoke so openly about mental health. And now she continues to inspire thousands of young men and women with her body positivity messages. Addiction and mental illness doesn’t discriminate.”

This is not the first time Lili has praised Demi for the way she speaks openly about mental illness. Back in February, the 21-year-old CW actress said during an interview with Ocean Drive magazine that Demi inspired her to use her platform to help erase the stigma around mental health issues. “I remember being in middle and high school and hearing Demi Lovato speak up about her mental illness and that was comforting. But I wanted more people to stand up. I needed more people to relate to. I was like, all these people can’t be so happy, can they?”

While Lili hasn’t had an issue with drug dependency, she has spoken about her anxiety disorder and her struggle with an eating disorder – both of which have been problems for Demi.

Lili is joined by others like Ariana Grande, Lily Allen, and tourmate Kehlani in wishing Demi well on Twitter.
