Watch Jimmy Fallon Mock Riverdale in This Hilarious Peanuts Parody

Jimmy Fallon blessed us with the Riverdale-inspired Peanuts spin-off show we never knew we needed until now! On Tuesday's The Tonight Show, the late night host debuted the most perfect parody sketch mocking the hit CW show by giving Charlie Brown and the gang the Riverdale treatment. You almost NEED to see it to understand what we mean.

The spoof starts out with Jimmy (who plays Charlie) narrating the show just like Jughead Jones. We're then introduced to other familiar characters like Lucy, Schroeder, Peppermint Patty, Pig-Pen, and Franklin. Even Snoopy was there! Except he's not a dog, he's a white-haired hipster.

Just like Riverdale‘s first season, the gang has a murder to solve after Linus's murdered body is found in the Great Pumpkin Patch. Charlie is even having an affair with his teacher, Ms. Othermar, and they were there that day at the pumpkin patch when Linus was killed.

Jimmy perfectly parodied the show making fun of Archie Andrews's desperate need to kick-start his music career and the way that there's no frickin' way any of these actors are actually in high school. Lucy tells Charlie, “You need to stop acting like such a blockhead and tell everyone the truth. We’re not little kids anymore, Charlie Brown. We’re 16-years-old.” Jimmy then looks at the camera and says, “Yeah. We’re both 16-years-old.” But nothing made us laugh more than when he made fun of how the characters on Riverdale are always a little too close to each other when they interact.

Then there are the spot-on Peanuts references, including the teacher's “wah wah” voice, the show's signature theme song, and of course the awkward dancing! “They danced all through the night trying their best to regain the innocence they had lost,” Jimmy says in a voiceover. That's so Jughead.

But, one of the best parts came at the end when the ACTUAL cast of Riverdale – including KJ Apa, Lili Reinhart, Camila Mendes, Madelaine Petsch, and Cole Sprouse – show up to to make fun of Charlie Brown and the gang's dance moves.
