Kristina Cohen, who has appeared in shows like Californication, The Middle and Greek accused Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick of rape yesterday via Facebook. The actress alleges that the man we know as Chuck Bass raped her three years ago at the actor’s home. Kristina shared her story in a lengthy post that details the night of the incident — including how the man she was dating at the time brought her to his friend, Ed’s house and proceded to blame her after the fact — a factor that she alleges has led to her silence and trauma during these past three years.

Although Kristina only refers to the man she was dating as “the producer,” she goes into detail about how when she wanted to leave that night, he pressured her to stay so that Ed would not feel uncomfortable or slighted. Her post claims that Ed convinced her to take a nap in the guest room, and when she woke up he was in the midst of raping her.

“I was woken up abruptly by Ed on top of me, his fingers entering my body. I told him to stop, but he was strong,” she described. “I was paralyzed, terrified. I couldn’t speak, I could no longer move. He held me down and raped me.”

Those are some disturbing details and it takes a lot of strength to share such a traumatizing experience publicly, but the 30-year-old actress says she’s sharing her story so that others will know they are not alone in this. She said her boyfriend convinced her not to speak out by saying, “I can’t say anything because Ed will have people come after me, destroy me, and that I could forget about an acting career. Saying there’s no way I can go around saying Ed ‘raped’ me and that I don’t want to be ‘that girl.'” Considering the Harvey Weinstein allegations that have come out about him threatening to ruin his alleged victims’ careers if they spoke up, this is looking like a pattern in Hollywood.

Check out her whole Facebook post below:

Ed and his representatives have not yet commented on the allegations, but fans of Gossip Girl and the British actor have not remained silent on the issue:

Sadly, Ed’s is just another name on a long list of Hollywood’s elite who have been accused of sexual harassment or assault. Like Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey, Ben Affleck, Brett Ratner, and many others all have had accusations made against them in recent weeks.

Kristina finished her post saying of the alleged attack, “I hope that my stories and the stories of others help to reset and realign the toxic environments and power imbalances that have created these monsters.”

[UPDATE 11/7: Ed Westwick responded to the allegations via an Instagram post on Tuesday saying, “I do not know this woman. I have never forced myself in any manner, on any woman. I certainly have never committed rape.”]
