Blac Chyna Plans to Pursue Legal Action After Sex Tape Leak
On Monday, TMZ reported that a video of Chyna performing oral sex with an unidentified man hit Twitter, and the video seemed to have been taken by her partner. There's no word on who might have been in the video with her or how and why it leaked, but it's quickly spread like wildfire all over the internet… and plenty of people have had some pretty mean things to say about it. Now, it doesn't seem like Chyna's willing to let this one slide — she's already decided to take legal action.
In a statement to The New York Daily News, Chyna's rep confirmed that she will be filing a police report about the leak. So far, no other information has become available, but hopefully, police will be able to get to the bottom of this case quickly so that Chyna can move on from it.
Chyna's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, has spoken out on Twitter about how dangerous revenge porn is — something that people tend to forget when they're busy tweeting about a leak. She didn't mention Blac Chyna directly, but it's pretty obvious that's who she's talking about.
Revenge porn — posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images — is a crime, a civil wrong, and a form of domestic abuse.
It's also a way to try to slut shame women for being sexual.
Girls have killed themselves over revenge porn.
It's not a joke.

Lisa's right. It's not a joke, especially not to people who have been victims of revenge porn themselves. It can be abusive, and it can certainly lead to deep, lasting effects on the victim.
This isn't the first time something like this has happened to Chyna. Last year, ex Rob Kardashian posted nude photos and video of Chyna to social media during their explosive breakup. She ended up filing a restraining order against him at the time, and their legal battle is still far from over. Since then, Chyna's career simply hasn't been the same, and their split led to the cancellation of the E! reality show, Rob & Chyna, that documented their lives together and their relationship.
Revenge porn is never okay, and no one should have to fear becoming a target in that type of attack from someone they shared an intimate thing with. Good for Chyna for reporting the leak. Fighting back against these kinds of things is the only way it will ever stop.
