Kim Kardashian Says North West Sent This Tweet Without Her Knowing, Yeah Right

Last night Kim Kardashian sent a nonsensical tweet from her account. More than two hours later, she returned to Twitter to tell her 37.8 million followers that the previous tweet had been sent by her daughter North West without her knowledge. To that I say a very skeptical “yeah right,” for several reasons I will list momentarily. But first, let's take a look at the evidence.

Exhibit A: The tweet that supposedly came from the mind of Miss North West, aged 2.

Exhibit B: The tweet North's mother Kim Kardashian wrote two hours and 26 minutes later announcing that her daughter composed the previous tweet. It includes Oxford's word of the year, very topical.

Now let's talk about the various reasons I believe Kim is making this up.

  • Really? Kim was away from her phone long enough that A.) North was able to send the tweet and B.) she didn't realize it had happened for two whole hours? C'mon, people. You know she scrolls through her own selfies 24/7.
  • This isn't the first time Kim has claimed that North posted from her social media, and the last time was even more far-fetched. Remember last month when she claimed North posted a photo of her in a bikini to Instagram? Uh huh, suuuure she did.
  • I don't believe for a second that North West, having gotten hold of a cell phone, would tweet such nonsense. Why doesn't it read “HELP” or “SOS” or “UGH THIS FAMILY”? Unless that's some secret code to aid in her escape, I call bullshit.

So no, I don't believe that North West sent that tweet. I believe it was a hoax orchestrated by Kim herself, as well as Jimmy Kimmel probably. But no matter what the truth of the matter is, I think we can all agree that one thing is certain — Kanye West will declare “jhjhh'/” to be the GREATEST TWEET OF ALL TIME.
