Emma Watson Doesn’t ‘Get’ The Olive Garden, Clearly Doesn’t Appreciate Unlimited Soup, Salad, Breadsticks And Democracy

Well, thanks to Emma Watson, we know now the equivalent of burning an American flag during a film premiere.

During a recent interview with MTV about her upcoming film, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Emma Watson all but came out and said she hates everything about America. I'm honestly surprised she didn't print out a copy of the constitution and rip it up to make a point.

“The Olive Garden. I was very confused about the Olive Garden,” Watson admitted during “MTV First: The Perks of Being a Wallflower.” “I did not know. I had no idea if it was a restaurant or what.”

“Or what?” What the hell is that supposed to mean? She's too good to dine out at one of America's top Italian restaurants. Oh I'm sorry, is a chain restaurant chock-full of chefs trained in Tuscany not good enough for the already-aging Harry Potter actress?

What's next? Red Lobster doesn't have enough combo-shrimp options for her? Ruby Tuesdays has too many options at their salad bar?

I mean, it's one thing to come to our country, steal our film roles and make everyone fall in love with you. But it's a whole other story when you start criticizing our most beloved restaurants.

Please Emma, tell me the London equivalent to TGI Fridays? Oh, what? You can't? Is that because fried macaroni and cheese bites haven't made their way across the pond yet? That's what I thought Emma.

If she really thinks that she can come to our shores, spit on Lady Liberty and get away with it, well she has another thing coming — and it's called unlimited democracy. It goes great with soup, salad and breadsticks.

Even when you have to wait awhile for the waitress to notice that your goddamn soup bowl needs refilling.
