Is Facebook's Privacy Policy Fair?

Would you want your pics and info on Facebook to be available for all of cyberspace to see? The Federal Trade Commission seems to have a problem with that, saying that Facebook's new privacy policy does not inform users of how their data "is being handled, maintained, shared and protected." and that it "diminishes users' privacy."

Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook's founder, doesn't see why this is an issue. He defended the new policy, saying that "people have gotten comfortable...sharing more information...more openly and with more people."

Another prob? That messages, pics and wall posts that you "delete " are saved in a database and tracked. "We track everything," a Facebook employee said.

Do you think Facebook's new policy is unfair? Would you rather keep your profile and pics for just your friends to see? Sound off!
