How does it work? We could spew all this scientific info that you probably won't understand/care about, so we'll try to be brief. In the simplest explanation, the air is sucked in by a motor and the air flows through the ramp (the rounded edges of the fan) and air that's behind the fan is induced into the flow and then amplified. Viola -- wind!

Are you amazed as we are? 12" table fan is $329.99 and the 10" is $299.99. That's a whole lotta bucks for a fan, but we're totally sold. Are you?
