Hey guys!

Can't believe it's been a week already? prom is surely approaching soon! Before I tell you all about my accessory expedition, lemme tell you about this girl I know (no, it's NOT me)! I think she's unintentionally being soooo mean to the nicest boy ever!

She needs a date to prom and the one dude she wants to go with has zilch idea. But, a guy friend of ours who is in love with her really wants to take her! He's asked her 3 times, but she keeps leading him on in case the guy she really wants to go with doesn't ask her! His self-esteem is dropping each time! I know, tear. I hope if you get in this sitch, you'll be kind about it. Let's avoid anymore broken hearts or crushed spirits this prom season.

Anyways, back to the best part of prom? fashion! I went shopping this week (wait, when am I not shopping?) and bought some accessories that are going to be fab on the dance floor. Plus, they're perfect for post- prom pursuits (aka COLLEGE! Gotta stock up!).

I got shoes at DSW and picked up some awesome jewelry options at Forever 21 (ahem, my favorite store!). I got a ton of stuff -- a few pairs of earrings, a couple of bracelets, and a slew of necklaces and cocktail rings. Nothing was more than 13 bucks! This is why F21 and I are sisters. And since everything will look great with casual wear too, I think of it as a future investment! I'm also thinking of making a necklace, but I'm not sure how it will turn out, that's why I bought backup.
