20-year-old Dijon Talton is def a youngster in Hollywood, but he already got his big break! We love watching this cutie as Glee club member Matt Rutherford -- the guy's singing and dancing skills are ridic! Even though he's a backup singer in the Glee club, we think this cutie deserves to be front and center. What do you think?
