Will And Jada Pinkett Smith Can Thank That Risuqé Photo Of Willow For Their New Child Services Investigation

Willow Smith Moises Arias Shirtless Bed

I'll bet that Will and Jada Pinkett Smith will care more about that inappropriate photo of Willow Smith in bed with Moises Arias now that they're allegedly being investigated by Child Services because of it. Radar Online reports that the Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services has allegedly opened a formal investigation of Will and Jada's parenting. Because what better way to raise a few government eyebrows than to publicly shrug in response to your 13-year-old kid uploading a photo of her lying in bed with a half-nude adult, am I right?

According to the ever-trusty “source,” the case was allegedly opened last week and is being taken very seriously by the Department.

“Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have been extremely cooperative with officials. Of course, they aren’t happy that their parenting skills are under scrutiny, but they understand. Social workers will also be talking separately with Willow, and they also want to talk to the young man in the picture with her as well. This won’t just be one or two visits with the family, and it will likely be an open investigation for at least a month, out of an abundance of caution.”

Now, I'm no expert in the subtle art of Hollywood Parenting, but I'd say that this alleged investigation, if legitimate, is called for. Both Willow and her brother, Jaden, are still really young and, if there's any cause for concern, it's best to deal with it sooner, rather than later. After all, we've seen so many times the usually unfortunate results that growing up wealthy, famous, and without much limitation have had on the kids of Hollywood.

So, I'm sure that no one wants to deal with a full-on government investigation of something as private as their family or how they choose to parent. But, if such an investigation is needed to reduce the number of child star spirals we'll witness one day, then I'm all for it.
