Lindsay Lohan Utterly Unfazed By ‘Revelation’ Of Half-Sister On Live TV

By  |

Earlier today, Lindsay Lohan went on Good Morning America to promote her new movie Liz and Dick and spout platitudes about how “everything happens for a reason,” despite Good Morning America‘s best attempts to make her cry with the “revelation” of her secret sister. Don't they know she needs all her moisture?

When the host asked her a question about her newly surfaced half-sister, she didn't even bat an eyelash, saying, “I didn't even hear that, so thanks for the news, I don't pay attention to any of it.” Here she is looking visibly amused at the host's assumption she might care even a little bit about this fame-grubbing teenage relative:

“How does your family handle all of that, headlines splashed daily,” host lady pressed, at which point Lilo totally shut her down with “I don't even wanna get into that, because I wanna stay on the positive side of things.” Which would make this Ashley Horn person “the negative side of things.” LiLo already has enough siblings to compete with, okay?

In fairness to LiLo, it's not the first time she's heard about her half-sister; the kid's mom first went public with it four years ago, and even then, young Ashley was talking about wanting to be in the movies. If Lindsay ever had a “holy shit, I have a sister” moment, it probably happened in private, a long time ago.

Then again, it could just be that her face no longer makes very many expressions, enabling her to hide the roller coaster ride of emotions that interview sent her on. I guess all those fillers are good for something (besides looking awesome, I mean).
