Vin Diesel Dances To Katy Perry And Beyonce Like Nobody’s Watching, But We Totally Are
I don't know what I did right in my life to deserve this beautiful present from baby Jesus, but I'm not going to question it. Don't look a gift dancing Vin Diesel in the mouth, they always say. So maybe they don't always say that, but they will when they see this video of Vin Diesel dancing and lip-syncing alone in his house for seven minutes. Of course he's not just dancing to any old music. He chooses Katy Perry's “Dark Horse” and Beyonce's “Drunk in Love.” I mean, what else would Vin Diesel dance to? It's like so obvious.
Vin posted the video on his Facebook page with the caption, “You know I love music…” In case you were worried that Vin accidentally posted his private dance party without realizing, you should know that it was totally intentional. In the middle of the video he turns the music down, stops busting a move, and thanks his fans for making Riddick number one on the DVD charts. Once you get past the news that Riddick is number one on the DVD charts, it's actually a pretty sweet and endearing moment. But then he presses play on “Drunk in Love” and you're back to riding the emotional roller coaster that is Vin Diesel's dance video. Is it funny? Is it terrifying? Is it adorable? Is it just plain awkward? Is he under the influence of something? Is he high on life? You decide.
For the Beyonce portion of the video, Vin chooses to step back and really allow us to see his moves. Those moves consist of swaying, crotch-grabbing, snapping, violent spinning, and very intense clapping. He also doesn't know the lyrics very well, so he just mouths random words. But he is very into it nonetheless. This is the kind of video most people would never want anyone to see, but Vin Diesel shared it with us himself — editing included. I have no words.
If you need to see even more proof of Vin's love for music, look no further than this tender rendition of Rihanna's “Stay” he posted last Valentine's Day. I think we've been undervaluing Vin Diesel, you guys. Let's correct this going forward.
