Vanessa Hudgens Has Snorted Vitamin B, So That’s A Totally Normal Thing
In totally normal celebrity news, Vanessa Hudgens apparently snorted Vitamin B on the set of her upcoming movie Spring Breakers. In the film, she and her besties Selena Gomez and Ashley Benson are supposed to do a ton of coke, and since they're not related to Daniel Day-Lewis, they decided not to be Method about it I guess. Personally I would've really liked to go see a movie where a lot of former Disney stars did coke in bikinis in front of James Franco, but perhaps that was too close to his real-life teaching career at NYU so they had to leave it out for copyright reasons. Who knows.
So anyway, instead of snorting actual cocaine on-set, the actors all did lines of crushed up Vitamin B, instead. But apparently when you absorb a vitamin directly into your bloodstream via your nose, it still has…ahem…mood-boosting affects. According to Vanessa:
“We would run around set like mad men, and people would wonder, ‘Did you switch that out with anything?’”
Yeah that's my thing. I'm not a doctor or anything, but aren't you not supposed to snort anything up your nose? Or do medical risks go away when you replace the dangerous components with healthy ones? I won't inject heroin into my veins because that is dangerous but I will inject soy milk. I won't huff glue out of a paper bag but I will repeatedly smell it from the bottom of a re-purposed canvas Trader Joe's satchel. I won't butt-chug a beer, but I will butt-chug these healthful kale smoothies. I think I have a pretty decent understanding of doctorology, wouldn't you say?
