Attention All ’90s Kids: Hold On To Your Scrunchies Because There Might Be A Step-By-Step Reunion Special

Step-By-Step TGIF Reunion When I think back to some of the best times of my life, I would say most of those memories include ABC's TGIF lineup and picking popcorn out of my palette expander. Full House, Step-by-Step, Family Matters, Perfect Strangers (bonus points to anyone who can name Bronson Pinchot's character) and Dinosaurs were just some of the shows that defined my Friday nights as a kid.

We're all pretty caught up on where the Full House cast is these days–meth, anorexia, book deals, fashion lines, Rebecca Romijn, thumping bibles and the like–but I've often wondered where the Lambert-Foster clan ended up after all these years. Now my wildest dreams may just come true: Patrick Duffy has proposed a reunion special!

“I would love to work with Suzanne [Somers] again.  The Step by Step cast was so wonderful to be with. They were my family and I think a little two-hour special about where these people are – not a documentary, but actually doing a show – seeing where they all come to over the years. It would be so fun to play that goofy Frank Lambert character again, aging another 25 years.”

Uh, YEAH IT WOULD!  Are you kidding me?  I would love to know so many things about the Step-by-Step family!  Is Karen a famous country singer or a trophy wife?  Did JT end up in jail for selling bath salts?  Is Marc married to a swimsuit model?  Did Al finally accept her boobs?  What happened to that red-head sister of Carol's and the beauty salon in the garage?  Do Carol and Frank still bang like rabbits?  Did Dana stop bleaching her hair that awful color from the final season?   Does Cody still live out of a van?

Most of us learned some of life's most valuable lessons from our favorite 90's television characters, have we not?  This news makes me want to put on my neon Keds, tie my t-shirt to the side and watch my 13-inch bedroom TV all over again.
