The Royal Family Took a Ski Holiday, and the Photos Are a Perfect End to Winter

As you know if you read Crushable on the regular, there are few things I love more than photos of the British Royal Family being adorable. Thankfully, never has a photo been taken of them being anything other than adorable, so I get to squee over them quite often.

Take, for example, today, when I saw these photos of the fabulous foursome enjoying a ski holiday in the French Alps. To sum up my reaction, I clawed my face a bit, curled up in a ball on the floor and cried for a few minutes, and then jumped out the window. But I'm back now to share the photos with you so you can have your own meltdown over the cuteness. Just look at them all bundled up and smiling.

According to the Kensington Palace Twitter account, this trip was “their first holiday as a family of four and the first time either of the children have played in the snow.” I know it's starting to warm up in a lot of places now, and many of us are ready for spring to get here, but keeping winter around a little longer is totally worth it if it means we get to see photos like this.

Yes, my friends, that is a photo of Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, pelting Prince William with a snowball. How are these people even real? Are we sure they're not fictional characters ripped from the pages of an LL Bean catalog? I mean, did you see their Christmas card last year? Unreal, I tell you. UN. REAL.

And then, just when you think things couldn't get any more adorable if they tried, dancing occurs. Or play fighting. Okay, so I don't know what it is that William and Kate are doing in that photo, but I love it.

I'll leave you with this father-daughter wonderfulness. You deserve it.
