Man oh man, this is just not Rob Kardashian‘s…month? Year? I don't know what the exact time frame is for this life-slump, but we're definitely in the middle of it now, so hold on to something. Rob's been openly struggling with his weight ever since his breakup from Rita Ora last year, which I know for a fact you get punished for by Kris Jenner because Khloe Kardashian just told me so earlier this morning. It's not a good family in which to be struggling with anything because A. the Jenner-Kardashians have no sympathy for any plight that any of them are going through and B. the entire universe gets to watch you do it because cameras are trained on you at all times.

Rob is currently working on dropping the weight, but that doesn't make him any less self-conscious about it, and that's starting to come back to bite him in the ass. Not only does he think that every ten pounds has shrunk his penis by a full inch, but it also just got him sued for a crime: assault and robbery. Rob is being charged with assault and robbery by a photographer who was lurking in a parking garage trying to snag pictures of him coming out of a West Hollywood gym. The woman, Andra Vaik, claims that Rob aggressively took the memory card out of her camera after she took a shirtless picture of him, with her lawyer adding:

“While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that Robert Kardashian’s violent behavior and his use of force towards Ms. Vaik was completely unjustified.”

Rob is countering that the photographer came onto private property to get the pictures, and that he was within his rights to take the memory card. Either way, you can understand the confusion — this is the first Kardashian the photographer ever encountered that didn't want its picture taken. Go figure.
