Nicholas Hoult Talking About J-Law Is The Sweetest Way To Start Your Weekend

As you put the final touches on your law briefs or your number charts or your…whatever normal people who aren't bloggers do at their jobs on a Friday afternoon, please direct your attention to these adorable quotes that Nicholas Hoult made about his girlfriend, Jennifer Lawrence.

They've been on-and-off for a while, because they had to break up due to distance, since Jennifer is working on pretty much every project ever, but even during the periods they weren't together, they only had the sweetest things to say about each other. So now that things are back on, it makes my stomach even more warm and tingly to hear him talk about her. Especially the part where he says she hasn't been changed by her meteoric rise to fame at all:

“The privacy thing obviously changes, but the rest pretty much stays the same. It's like that thing whereby you don't believe your own hype. Enjoy the good times, but don't get swept away with it. I think that's something she's capable of doing, and that's what makes her special, but yeah, it is very odd, and I am just kind of a bystander in many ways. It is well deserved for her. I haven't really seen any change in her.”

I think there are a lot of people (myself included) who'd be intimidated by being with a partner who was so incredibly famous, so it's really refreshing to see that Nicholas isn't one of them. Even though they're in the same industry, he's able to provide really solid support J-Law and just enjoy the time he does get to be around her:

“It's fun, because in this business, you are away from one another for long periods of time, so when you're on set together, it's a brilliant thing, because you actually get to spend time together. Especially with this film, I got to spend time with her. . . . It doesn't really affect the acting, though.”

Love it. Now pack up your shiny black briefcases and get home quick, cause dinner's on the stove! (HELP I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND REAL JOBS.)
