Things Just Keep Getting Sadder For Lindsay Lohan As She Reveals She Had A Miscarriage

Lindsay Lohan Ed Sullivan Theatre Late Show with David Letterman April 2014

Last night the finale of Lindsay Lohan's OWN reality show aired. There are several reports that the show will not be renewed, so it could very well be the last episode ever. And Lindsay went out by making an intense revelation. She said she'd suffered a miscarriage, and that she'd needed to take two weeks off.

The show depicted her arriving late to a taping of Billy on the Streetfor a segment that just aired a few weeks ago. Lindsay first claimed she had a chest cold but then broke down and said she'd been pregnant and had a miscarriage. She didn't name a father. “I was sick, and that mentally messes with you,” she said.

This revelation comes just days after she confirmed that her list of 36 sexual partners, including celebrities, was real during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live. She revealed that she didn't make the list just for fun, but rather as part of her rehab at Betty Ford. She says it was her fifth step in AA. She thinks someone must have taken a photo of it while she was moving. Last night during her show, she further addressed the list. Lindsay believes she knows who released it to the public:

“They're not a part of my life at all anymore. They might be on the show at some point, but they're not [in my life].”

She also added that she knows she's not the only one hurt by this breach of privacy:

“I don't care about me in that situation. I care about the people that are involved with other people because it's really unfortunate and disrespectful.”

Wow. This is a lot. Lindsay also admitted to an alcohol relapse on a recent episode of her show. I would imagine talking openly about these issues is a good thing, but whether it's helpful to be talking about them so publicly, and on a show she's getting paid to a appear on, I'm not so sure about. The rumor that Lindsay had allegedly relapsed at Coachella doesn't make things more heartening. But there's no denying these confessions continue to shed a sadder and sadder light on her already very sad situation.
