LiLo And K.Stew Are Totes Besties Because They Both Think Consequences Are Gross

Kristen Stewart Lindsay Lohan Best FriendsDid you guys know that Lindsay Lohan and Kristen Stewart are totally BFFAEAEAE? I did. But that's only because the fine folks who work at the New York Post spoke to a source who gave them the juicy scoop on Hollywood's hottest new friendship.

A source told us, “They met through one of Lindsay’s friends who also knows Kristen. Lindsay was invited up to Kristen’s house last week, and they hung out withRobert Pattinson, who was back from filming in Australia.” The source said the women found they had a lot in common: “Lindsay and Kristen discussed their careers, creative ideas and how they deal with living under the focus of the media and the paparazzi.”

Wow, like seriously wow, I can't believe it took this long for these ladies to start roleplaying scenes from Now and Then. Because when you think about it, they have so much in common. Well maybe not so much. But they are both really into doing things they like to do and then complaining about the consequences that  always following doing those things. Like, always. The things they continue to choose to do come with concrete consequences.

For example K.Stew loves acting in blockbuster films. But she hates publicity, cameras, attention, cameras, sunlight, starlight, flashlights, tap light, clap-on-clap-off lights and moonlight. Yet she continues to make these movies that she knows will require her to do press. So we're basically forced to deal with the fact that her number one red carpet accessory is a rain cloud that just follows her around every time someone asks her to smile.

And LiLo loves drinking, drugging, stealing and spending money she no longer has. Yet when the courts are like “go to rehab, do not pass go, do not collect $200,” she's all like, “actually, that doesn't work for my schedule.” Even though she knows that the rules (okay, the law) says you cannot do those things without some kind of punishment.

So I'm sure those girls spend hours at brunch just complaining about how unfair it is that no one lets them live in a consequence-free world. It's just like, why can't they do what they want, when they want and not have to deal with people and paparazzi and police chasing them around?!
