Lindsay Lohan Tries to Make Herself Relevant Again by Feuding With Jennifer Lawrence
Grab your popcorn, because there's a new celebrity feud to keep up with. In one corner is the highest paid actress in Hollywood, who boasts a much-adored offscreen persona and an Academy Award. In the other corner is Lindsay Lohan. I don't really think I need to go into any more detail than that — her name speaks for itself. And yes, the actress she's feuding with is indeed Jennifer Lawrence. Way to aim high, LiLo.
It all started when Jennifer Lawrence was on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert earlier this week. While describing her body's reaction to a busy schedule promoting her projects (which often involves puking), she used Lindsay as a comparison:
“I get, like, Lindsay Lohan grade exhaustion, but without any drugs or alcohol. I’m always in bed early, but I’m still tired.”
Of course Lindsay heard about this, as I'm certain she spends at least six hours out of the day Googling herself. Apparently so does her sister Ali Lohan, who tweeted this:

Lindsay decided to bring Maya Angelou into it:

Okay, so go ahead and rise like air and don't mention it, Lindsay. If her words don't affect you then ignore them. Publicly telling your haterz that you don't care what they say, even by quoting poetry, actually makes you look like you care a lot. Or that you'll take any opportunity for people to pay attention to you, which is the Lindsay Lohan way.
It also happens to be the Dina Lohan way. Lindsay's mom told ET this about J.Law's comment:
“We love Jennifer Lawrence, we have always been fans of hers. It was all unfortunate that she used Lindsay as a reference of not showing up to set, and that whole bit. It was disappointing that she didn’t have her peers’ back. You shouldn’t trash anyone, it was just surprising. My family sticks together.”
Interesting that Dina should mention not showing up to set, as that's not even what Jennifer was talking about. I'm surprised she wasn't like, “I can't believe she used Lindsay as a reference for being a total trainwreck with no sense of responsibility who was terrible in Liz & Dick.”
Linsday should honestly be thanking J.Law for the shout-out. It was the first time I've heard her name in months.
