Kristen Stewart Basically Confirms That She’s Dating Robert Pattinson

Kristen Stewart, you coy little starlet. The Breaking Dawn, Part 1 actress recently posed for British GQ, and accidentally(?) let it slip that she was dating her Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson. Except a) don't photos like this one make it clear that they are, and b) haven't we been down this road before?

Over the past few years, we have more proof than we need to figure out that Bella and Edward are dating in real life—and they've even indirectly admitted it in various interviews. But to her credit, Kristen's response when she slipped up in this interview was unusually frank.

Apparently all it takes for the famously surly Kristen to open up is “chilled beers and nachos,” which she enjoyed with the GQ interviewer. See, during her cover shoot the day before, Kristen let slip that she'd like to explore the UK more after filming wraps on Snow White and the Huntsman, “because my boyfriend is English.”

When the interviewer follows up on her off-the-cuff remark the next day (over the above food), Kristen coyly says, “I never would have said that if I knew you were interviewing me.” But it was OK for her stylists to hear her say it…? Obviously, this is all carefully orchestrated.

We do feel a little sorry for Kristen when she explains part of the reason that she comes off as such an asshole in interviews:

“I also have that desire to blurt stuff out, but I’ve learned I can’t do that. Not when you realise the whole world is listening. That’s why perhaps I look so uncomfortable in interviews at times. I mean, we’ve talked about hiding things and I’ve had to get much more adept at that, sadly. But I’m glad I’m not one of those actresses who is just so ready to open up for everyone.”

But where we have to give Kristen kudos is agreeing with the interviewer, who pressed the boyfriend issue by saying that even if Kristen wouldn't confirm, her relationship with Robert was clear as day thanks to paparazzi and the Internet. “Yeah, I know it is,” she says. “So much of my life is so easily Googled. I mean, it’s like, come on guys, it’s so obvious!”

And that's as close an admission as we're going to get.
