Kim Kardashian Claims Some Lady Yelled Racist Nonsense At North West On A Plane

By  |

Kim Kardashian are you on crack GIF KUWKIn the category of ‘Things That Have Come Out Of Kim Kardashian‘s Mouth That I Don't Quite Believe', I present to you — this story of a woman yelling racist things at North West on an airplane.

It's not that I don't think racism exists — because sadly this job gives me pretty clear indicators ON THE REGULAR that it does — it's just that the situation that Kim described seems so insane that I'm really hoping it didn't actually happen.

The story came out on the most recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, that aired this weekend. Supposedly Kim and Kris Jenner were flying back to LA from Austria, where Kim had attended the Vienna Ball, when Kim drifted off into a slumber:

“I fell asleep, I woke up to this woman screaming, ‘Kanye West’s baby!’ The woman is screaming at my child, I jump up –“

Okay let me stop you right there for a second, because we already have two really suspect events. Number one is that you're telling me you were flying with PEONS, and number two is that you were traveling with your one year old daughter. The same one you've left behind while you and her father went on two separate honeymoons. UH-HUH.

Not totally sure that I buy either of those, but let's also discuss the fact that some random human was supposedly standing over your child screaming ‘KANYE WEST'S BABY'. That's…a lot to swallow, even before Kris tells the rest of the story:

“This lady stood up in the cabin in first class, and yelled at the top of her lungs, ‘She’s with a black guy, and that baby is black! And you need to shut that black baby up!'”

On the one hand, oh my god there's no possible way. That is so absurd that I have to believe it didn't happen. But on the other hand, Kim was coming from a fancy-schmancy opera event where someone came up to her in full black face and introduced himself as Kanye, so I guess unfortunately, anything is possible.

Yikes.
