Kim Kardashian Is Pleasantly Surprised To Discover That She Loves Her Daughter

Kim Kardashian and North West's forehead in Instagram photo January 2014I think someone might have given Kim Kardashian a stronger dose of mind-erasing juice than usual, because the darnedest things have been coming out of her mouth.

Everyone and their fetus was aware this past summer of how MISERABLE Kim found pregnancy, because it's all she could talk about. She hated it so much that I was worried that she might never forgive her baby for trying to ruin her life so hard. But North West must be a much more charming infant than previously predicted, because against all odds — Kim actually loves her. (Don't worry, she's just as surprised as we are.)

“I am loving life right now. My daughter is the cutest thing ever. I know every parent says that about their own kid, but…I’m loving being a mom. I never thought I would say that.”

WELL THAT'S LUCKY. But why would you sign up to be a mom if you didn't think you'd like it? Did you think you and Kanye West would be able to switch off carrying the baby in utero like a coupla seahorses or something? I mean really.

“I went into this so scared, so scared of every last thing pregnancy meant and motherhood and the responsibility. I always wanted kids, but for some reason when I got pregnant I was so scared. Everyone tells you about having a kid and how it will change your life and it’s the greatest experience and you’ll love it; it’s that times 100.”

Okay. But at least you're done now, right? Maybe you think you could handle another pregnancy, but I cannot handle another nine months of interviews in which you're pretty sure you're the only human being on the planet who has ever carried a child.

“After being pregnant I would definitely say I’d never do this again, but I love my daughter so much and I know what it was like to grow up with siblings so I definitely want to have more. I don’t think I can do more than three, tops. That would be my absolute tops, tops, tops. I even contemplate, should North just be an only child? But then I remember all the Christmases, and all of the fun experiences I had and I might just have to tough it out.”

YOU'RE GONNA HAVE MORE? But you were so surprised that the first one worked out, why tempt? And if you're really going for three total, what name are you gonna use once you run out of cardinal directions that can be paired with ‘West'?
