These Photos Of Kate Middleton With The Downton Abbey Cast Are Royally Adorable
Earlier today two icons of Britishness came together when Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, visited the set of Downton Abbey at Ealing Studios in London. This is the best news since Kate and William visited the Harry Potter set a couple of years ago. I hope you're ready for an adorableness attack, because plenty of photos were taken of Kate with the Downton cast in full costume, and Kensington Palace was kind enough to share some of them on Twitter.
Here she is chatting with Mary and Anna, NBD.

Tsk tsk, Kensington Palace. It's Molesley, not Molesey. I forgive you, though.

They baked her a cake! My heart!

From one little George to another little George! This is too much cuteness.

Kate fits right in. She should have filmed a cameo.

She's so excited about those bells. And look at her with those headphones on! Could this lady be any more wonderful?

Kate also got to visit the hair and makeup department, where Robert James-Collier (Thomas) apparently joked that Phyllis Logan (Mrs. Hughes) was about to get her Botox. (I warned you about the cute, didn't I?) She also got to see the costume department and watched a scene from the next season being filmed. I don't know who I'm more jealous of — the cast and crew for getting to meet Kate, or Kate for getting to visit Downton Abbey. Okay, I'm jealous of everyone.
