Ugh, One Oscar Nomination And Now Jonah Hill Is All ‘Stop Asking Me Dumb Questions About Farts’

Jonah Hill Gets Mad Rolling Stone Interview 6-8-13

Did I miss something?  Is it International Be A Dick To Reporters Week? First Jesse Eisenberg, now Jonah Hill.  Jeez!  Look, celebrities, I get it.  Being on a press tour and being asked the same asinine questions that make you feel like a trained circus monkey must be annoying. No one is saying it isn't.  But you get paid MILLIONS OF DOLLARS to do what most of us would give up a body part to be able to do for a living, so STFU and deal with the dumb ass questions, okay?  Because all I hear is “wahhhhhhh.”

In an interview with Rolling Stone about his upcoming movie, Hill and co-stars Seth Rogen, Danny McBride and James Franco were asked to answer questions from passing gas to masturbation. Well I guess someone took a pee-pee in Jonah Hill's Cheerios that morning, because he was Not. Amused.

Things took a turn for the worse when the writer asked him “what kind of farter” he is:

“I'm not answering that dumb question! I'm not that kind of person! Being in a funny movie doesn't make me have to answer dumb questions. It has nothing to do with who I am,” Hill said.  “I've done one of the biggest challenges you can do in Hollywood, which is transition from being a comedic actor to being a serious actor, and I'm really prideful of that.  I could have made a billion dollars doing every big comedy of the last 10 years and didn't, in order to form a whole other life for myself. Now I have fulfillment doing both.”

Oh, a “billion dollars” doing movies where you draw dicks and suck on a boob or two?  *snort*  Chyeah, okay.  Even still, why knock it?  That's what got you this illustrious career, right?  So you starred in an acclaimed film with Brad Pitt and garnered an Oscar nomination. (Let's not forget riding on yachts with my secret husband Leonardo DiCaprio and enjoying the company of models.) That's awesome, and obviously Jonah Hill is talented.  I just hate it when actors a.) act like pricks; and b.) act like they're too good to do what made them famous in the first place.  Please don't get all Lawrence Olivier on us, okay?  We like you no matter how funny or serious you are in movies.

And in case any of you are wondering: James Franco won't fart in public, but “when I’m at home in bed, I’ll fart! And on a plane, I’ll let it go.” Seth Rogen is way more relaxed in comparison: “I will say I’m a pretty bad farter from time to time.”
