Why did you decide to put out an album now?
Ever since I can remember, I've been involved in music. [But] my older brother Mason wanted to be the musician and I was going to be the actor. After Mason blew up, I was like, "Now I can do my own thing in music." This is really where my head's at; this is where I really wanna be.
