Most movie stars don't put education first -- instead, they focus on climbing the fame ladder. But not Kay Panabaker! She graduated high school at 13 and went on to earn her college degree from UCLA at just 17. Needless to say, we were beyond impressed with this 19-year-old Fame star. So what's her secret to her success? We're finding out.

Tell us about your character, Jenny.
She's the aspiring actress of the group. She looks at the other people attending the school and sees that they're more talented. But eventually she gains confidence and realizes there's a reason she's been chosen to go to her school. She has amazing dedication and drive, which I like to think I share with her -- we both juggle school and work and somehow manage to make it work. But I'm more outgoing than she is. She's very shy and doesn't want to make a fool of herself, whereas I'm willing to make an idiot of myself and not make any apologies for it.
