If you're not hooked on Vampire Diaries yet, you must not be watching. So what are you waiting for?! The show is one of the best on TV this season. Part of the reason why we're addicted is Candice Accola, who plays Elena (Nina Dobrev)'s manipulative frenemy Caroline. So does filming the show in Atlanta, er, bite? We asked this real-life sweetheart! (PS -- she used to sing backup for Miley Cyrus...how cool is that?!)

What attracted to you to playing Caroline?
I was attracted to the whole project. I was a very big Dawson's Creek fan growing up -- Kevin Williamson was the reason that us girls got in trouble at slumber parties watching his scary movies. Vampires, just the genre, is just so fun -- it's just so delicious right now. And then on top of is Caroline -- it's always fun to play the bad girl.
