Even If You Think You’ve Let Frozen Go, Seeing The Characters Sing Backstreet Boys Will Pull You Back In

Frozen Elsa snow Let it Go

I know it's the cool thing to do these days to say that we're like so totally over the Frozen trend but then secretly belt out “Let It Go” when we're home alone. This obsession is not going away anytime soon, and once you see the latest entry in the Frozen fan video catalog, you'll be totally fine with that. Because what could be better than watching Anna, Elsa and Kristoff dance and lip sync to “Everybody” by the Backstreet Boys? Nothing, I tell you. Nothing.

It's just so WTF that you can't help but laugh at it and dance along. Why Anna and Elsa look slightly cross-eyed is beyond me, but it only makes it more entertaining. And is there anything better than a great Backstreet Boys lip sync video? Especially to “Everybody.” That's the quintessential Backstreet song. They say “Backstreet's back,” for crying out loud. It's just nice to know that even in the midst of a freak snow storm caused by Elsa's magical ice queen powers, these three goofballs can still find the time to make a lip dub video. Warning: The way Anna touches her body during the “Am I sexual?” lyric might haunt your dreams.

And if that's not enough, go ahead and watch this one from the same user, which has the characters — who have all apparently been cloned except for Elsa, who's one of a kind — doing the “Thriller” dance. Jenna Rink would be oh so proud. Turns out being on ice makes all those slidey dance moves a lot easier.

Entertainment Weekly explains that the videos are made by using a 3D animation program called MMD, or MikuMikuDance. And God bless it, because I don't know what I'd do with myself today if it weren't for this. Perfect way to start the weekend.
