Luke revealed it on his Facebook page when he changed his relationship status to "engaged to Kelly Osbourne." The pair has only been dating for about six months, but it seems like Kelly knows a keeper when she sees one! "I think you have to know someone a long time before you give them the privilege of calling them your boyfriend," Kelly told UK's Grazia magazine back in January. And only a month later she was quoted saying "I don't trust boys," in an interview with UK's Fabulous mag. "I've fallen head over heels twice and got hurt. Now I'm so guarded that when it gets to that point, I jump ship. I'm frightened I'll get hurt again." She must have found Mr. Perfect! Congrats, Kelly!
