The wait is over! After loving all of Britney Spears' new hits this year, the singer finally announced that she will hit the road for a string of tour dates next spring, Billboard reports. Not that we've been counting, but this 2009 tour will be the first major tour she's done since 2004. The tour is set to include dates in the U.S. and abroad and is expected to include material from her new album Circus, out December 2 (Brit's 27th birthday!).
